Digital Strategist

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Searching for emerging trends and consumer insights to develop recommendations through a human-centered approach.
  • Partnering with teams and individuals to drive results-driven brand performance for our clients.
  • Actively seek out trends and customer insights, maintaining a finger to the pulse of existing and emerging technologies across the digital landscape.
  • Crafting high concept creative ideas via collaborative and individual ideation to transform them into concise cross-channel activation concepts.
  • Deliver solid and compelling storytelling across decks and presentations.
  • Participate in and deliver persuasive pitches for new and existing clients.
  • Establish strategic frameworks and communication strategies that focus on brand & business growth.
  • Crafting Brands development & their respective activations through relevant customer-centric goto-market strategies.

Account Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Servicing a handful of clients and providing support as needed to ship projects on-time, in full resulting in something you’re proud of.
  • Helping develop other Account Managers by leading a good example and providing support and guidance.
  • Drafting statements of work for new projects, building out schedules, outlining resource estimates and ensuring projects are staying on track (budget and timing).
  • Rolling up your sleeves and being fully invested in managing a project from start to finish.
  • Production related tasks such as building killer decks, keeping our clients informed with status updates, capturing meeting notes, reporting and mastering the art of planning.
  • Liaising between internal cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Leveraging our project management software to monitor the financial performance of projects (scheduling, tasks, fiscal).
  • Collaborating with designers, technologists, and creative thinkers to execute marketing and advertising programs for clients.
  • Projects will range from Brand Development, Social Media campaigns, Website Redesigns, Promotional Campaigns, Events, Influencer Campaigns and several other marketing tactics designed to create amazing experiences for people.

Social Media Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and monitor in real time the online reputation of EUKU Agency and our client’s brands
  • Develop blog articles around popular and sharable topics
  • Establish and run Facebook contests targeting lead generation
  • Build and maintain content distribution schedules by way of social media channels
  • Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media and hour by hour participation in online conversations that surround our content and client’s brand
  • Identify threats and opportunities, answer comments, be a community manager
  • Organize results and findings into presentations for clients and team members
  • Maintain awareness of new social media marketing techniques being used by others
  • Manage clients paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Create new, unique content for social media sites to build brand awareness

SEO Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage communications and relationships with designated client accounts. This includes daily and weekly email and phone correspondence, as well as occasional in-person meetings.
  • Gather all pertinent facts and performance statistics for a client’s website and formulate a comprehensive campaign strategy based on client’s goals, available resources/budget, and SEO best practices.
  • Perform all on-site optimization, including (but not limited to) optimizing title tags, meta information, URLs, content, headers, and more.
  • Perform technical auditing of client websites, competitive analyses, as well as site architecture audits.
  • Use client’s performance data and competitive insights to develop an off-site strategy to support SEO efforts.
  • Have at least a basic understanding of new developments in SEO, such as Rich Snippets implementation, including markup, Open Graph protocol, the various algorithm updates, and more.
  • Collect all relevant performance metrics and create compelling and user-friendly reports for clients on a monthly basis. Clients may also require more frequent reporting or communications.
  • Create presentations for client use on an as-needed basis under tight deadlines.
  • Attend conference calls and occasional in-person meetings with clients to present data, provide clear direction and insight on their campaigns, and provide complete answers to their questions.
  • Provide ad hoc phone and email support for clients.

PPC Campaign Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct keyword research.
  • Set up campaigns.
  • Maintain client budgets.
  • Monitor daily performance / Identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform account analysis and optimizations to meet clients’ ROI goals.
  • Create comprehensive client reports.
  • Identify new strategies and tactics for testing and make recommendations to clients.
  • Develop and test ad copy.
  • Follow quality assurance standards to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in the search industry / attend industry events.
  • Present performance results at client meetings.
